SAE Standards on DVD

SAE International's new Standards on DVD products provide instant access to current SAE aerospace and ground vehicle standards, directly from your desktop or laptop! Updated quarterly, each DVD includes full access to thousands of Aerospace Materials Specifications, Aerospace Standards, or Ground Vehicle Standards, as well as a fully-searchable index containing summary information from the documents on all three DVDs.

Designed to upgrade and replace SAE's popular Standards on CD-ROM products, SAE Standards on DVD are easy to install and use with any Microsoft Windows 2000 and higher operating system (including Windows 7), and will run on 32- or 64-bit systems. (See FAQs for additional details).

Documents
All SAE standards are in PDF format, providing crisp, clear text, diagrams, charts, and illustrations for viewing and easy printing. Individual documents can also be searched by key words and phrases using Adobe Acrobat Reader. New, revised, reaffirmed, and stabilized standards are updated quarterly.

Searchable Database
Includes detailed summaries of every current, cancelled, superseded, and non-current standard. Summary information for each record includes title, scope, subject category, document number, cross-references, publication date, and more. Index database is updated quarterly.
